Absolutely bad rating, unfortunately, as the staff was so unfriendly .. in the morning only drive-in open. Orders are refused (despite protective measures / mask and distance) on the grounds that we have to drive through. Not even the reason that our car unfortunately does not fit through the drive in (height 3.10 meters) allowed an order to be accepted. Pure cheek really!

It's very crowded, it smelled like frying fat and it was very noisy. But there are tables where you can play and you can pay with cash and cards. There are wheelchair-accessible parking spaces and entrances.

Almost 20 minutes waiting time for table delivery, there was no drink for the children and we complained after we finally found staff. In the end, we found that a children's dessert was also missing ... We didn't want to look for someone again. The food was okay, therefore the 2nd star. But the bottom line is a terrible McDonald's.

Extremely friendly (Franconian) order taking and shortly afterwards, despite Corona distance regulations, a delicious and above all warm meal was served to the car on September 18, 2020. I was really happy. Keep it up......

Worst McDonald's service we have ever experienced: the order receipt did not come out when we placed the order, the ec device did not work, almost all places are taped off with tape, three things were missing when ordering. Our son wanted a cookie from the McCafe and was asked to go to the McDonalds checkout since there was no cash register at the McCafe. In the end, a wrong cookie came out. The service really not to be recommended, but the food was ok. It's a shame about the money.

I am often here. Each time I say the same! The waiting time is to long. I don't understand why there is no organization on time Management. One charges and one prepares the order. Like in other McDonald's. Always dirty. Forget bathrooms, better go to a gas Station.

“Slow-food”? I waited 30min with only 4 people in line before me at 1PM. When I got my food, more than 12 people were queuing behind me! Can’t imagine how long they waited... Food was alright but the owner really needs to set up digital ordering screens and revamp the whole order, payment and pick up organization.

Cold food, lots and lots of sauce on burgers. Place is also really dirty.

McDonald's in Kempten on the SI side, practical because it is not far from the highway and road B12. There is a large parking lot and a large terrace on the terrace is also a children's playground with a slide. The toilets are tidy and they find themselves breathing at the entrance. Current campaign is Red Bull 2.79 € zzgl. Pfand is good for restaurants.

Very clean. Sadly, seems to be chronically understaffed, so managed has their workers go crazy at the front trying to serve way too many customers.
